Payment
Orders may be placed directly through our secure website with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept payment through Western Union or a personal check (if paying with a personal check, products will not be shipped until after payment is received).
To place an order using Western Union for payment:
- Send an email to support@iderma.com that includes:
- product name
- SKU/item #
- quantity of each item
- your complete shipping address (please note: items cannot be shipped to a post office box)
- shipping preference if other than standard (unless otherwise noted, domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, and international orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited).
- We will reply to your email with an order confirmation invoice that includes the summary of your order (cost of items, shipping if applicable, and Western Union fee).
- Visit a Western Union Agent location (visit www.westernunion.com to find the nearest agent). Complete the "To Send Money" form, including: your name (as shown on identification), our name and location (iDerma, attn: Jason Dzubinski, Austin, Texas 78746, United States of America), and the amount of your order (per the email invoice you received from us).
- Give the form and valid identification to the clerk and complete the transaction. The clerk will give you a receipt with your MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). Email the MTCN to support@iderma.com. You can then use the MTCN number as proof of purchase and to track your order.
- Once your payment has been processed at iDerma (when we receive the MTCN email), your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
Processing
Orders for products in stock are processed within two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $75.
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Orders will be shipped after processing, credit card authorization, and address verification are completed.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. You will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Domestic orders shipped within the continental United States should be received within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) when shipped via standard delivery.
Some international packages may be subject to a customs charge. The customs charge is determined by the country to which the package is shipped.
Order Status / Tracking
You will be asked to enter an email address when placing an order. An email notification will be sent to this address as the following events occur:
- An order is placed.
- An order is processed.
- An order is shipped.
- An order has been cancelled.
- An order has been returned.
You also have the ability to sign into your iDerma account to check the status of your order. The status screen will indicate if your order is pending, processed, shipped, or cancelled.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier ( UPS, USPS, etc.) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. You may request this tracking number by sending a request to support@iderma.com.
Gift Cards
CaliDerma gift cards are available. There are no shipping charges applied to the delivery of a gift card.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased on iderma.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the cost of the item(s)*. Shipping fees will be refunded only on orders that the original item(s) were damaged. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
* The item must contain at least 3/4 of the original product. We cannot accept returns on Jane Iredale or GloMinerals products.
Prior authorization is required on all returns. We cannot accept any return without prior authorization. To obtain authorization for a refund, please call 866-779-3376 or 512-583-0478 (for international orders). If returning merchandise, you must include all parts, pieces, and printed material in order to be eligible for a refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of iDerma.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
